How long have you been in business?
We have been in the Carpet care and HVACR industry for over 23 years. Springs Carpet was founded in Glenwood Springs 17 years ago. We moved to Colorado Springs about three years ago and teamed up with another local company. To big to quick so now we are back to the basics, top quality customer service by owner operator truck mounted equipment. No hourly paid employees that are not 100% concerned with your satisfaction.
What is your primary product or service?
Our specialty is in use of our "Truck Mounted" equipment. We can pull a 19" mercuary vacumm at 300' of 2" hose. High pressure steam produced from a proprietary heat exchange system. Essentially wew can steam clean any textile bringing back the "like new" appearence. Stains of any kind are no problem and our pet restoration system leaves all our customer satified. We also Chimney sweep and inspect and Air Duct brushing and cleaning.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I Started building my own "Truck Mounts" to pump concrete to remote locations inside several buildings we were constructing 25 years ago, this lead to a contract to do a finall cleaning of the buildings so I used the same blowers and motors to build the carpet cleaning machines wwe use today. Most powerful vacuum with the highest pressure steam available.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My primary selling point is this: I am an owner operator my livlyhood depends on my customers satisfaction, I do whatever it takes to get that smile at the end of the job. 100% stand behind all my services.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I just want provide the local area with exeptional service for a few years just give back before I try to expand again.

We can accept payment in any fasion and have no problem billing Insurace companies directly.
